Description
I have a macbook with 1280x800 video resolution and an external 15 CRT monitor (old). Until v 4.0.2 I could set both monitors to 1280x800 and see my Windows desktop correctly on both screens in full screen mode. In 4.0.2, the bottom portion of the screen is "offscreen", so I can't see my Windows Start menu. The only way to fix it is to change resolution to 1280/768.

Oops, just realized it was because the display control panel resolution in Mac OS was wrong for the second monitor. Sorry!
