"Guru Meditation -4014 (VERR_VMX_INVALID_GUEST_STATE)" on:
host os=solaris10 mem=72gbyte cpus=16 net=aggr1(igb0/igb1) guest os=centos4.9(64bit) mem=16gbyte cpus=8 net=bridged(Am79C973/pcnet32)
VM is heavily used (cpu/memory/network).
unsure if this is releated to #7707, #6580 and/or #6349.
i've seen the clock running like crazy (1 virtual day within 1 real hour), but VBoxService seems to keep this under control:
/VirtualBox/GuestAdd/VBoxService/--timesync-set-threshold = 15000 /VirtualBox/GuestAdd/VBoxService/--timesync-interval = 2500
HPET is enabled.

Any change when you decrease the amount of guest RAM, for instance to 8GB?
