innotek Contributor's Agreement (ICA)

With the ICA, you give innotek permission to relicense your contributions to innotek's projects. Even though the legal wording in the document may seem excessive to you, there are a couple of things to note:

• As opposed to other companies that operate with dual-licensing models, we do not require that you assign copyrights to us.

• The liberal license you give to innotek is non-exclusive, meaning that you can still license your contributions to other people as you wish.
