Major changes for sizeof(RTGCPTR) == uint64_t.
Introduced RCPTRTYPE for pointers valid in raw mode only (RTGCPTR32).

Disabled by default. Enable by adding VBOX_WITH_64_BITS_GUESTS to your LocalConfig.kmk.
