ValidationKit/bootsectors: Implement SIMD FP testcases for cvtpi2ps, and fix it in IEM [build fix]; bugref:10658; jiraref:VBP-1206

• turns out IEM cvtpi2ps [mem] needs to leave FTW entirely alone
• I had misunderstood some test results...
