Additions/linux/installer: fix incremental builds when the version is bumped.
bugref:4567: Linux kernel driver maintenance
We have a path name inside the Additions installer image which depends on the
version string (src/vboxguest-VERSION). Add a make file dependency on
Version.kmk to avoid breaking incremental builds when the version changes.
