Description

VirtualBox v 1.5.2 installed on a Windows XP host that is fully updated as of Dec 2007.

Fedora Rawhide guest (development branch) also up to date as of Dec 28, 2007.

VBoxLinuxAddtions_1.5.2_25433 fails to compile with this failure. The same situation occurs with Mandriva's Cooker (development branch). Both of these use 2.6.24x kernels. Fedora 8 (latest release is 2.6.23 kernel) and Mandriva 2008.0 (latest release is also a 2.6.23 kernel) both compile with no problems.

Sorry I got kicked off before I could finish. Fedora Rawhide now does comile the VBboxAdditions 1.5.4. But it will not load them or use them. I would think that is a problem on their end.

I would mark this as closed. And will if I can figure out how to do that.
