Dragging VM by bottom bar is erratic when the window has been focused by clicking the bottom bar

Description
When I drag a VM window by the bottom bar, the result is erratic if the VM window was focused by clicking on the bottom bar. Clicking on the window contents or the top bar and then dragging the window by the bottom bar works as expected. I will attempt to attach a demonstration video.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.

In 5.1.2, the window is no longer draggable by the bottom/status bar so fixed! Well, obsolete is fine too. :)
