Resizing from the left and top borders is erratic

Description
When a VM window is resized from the left or top border, the behavior is very erratic. The left and top edges do not stay under the mouse, rather, they jump around, sometimes ending up well away from where the mouse is. Resizing from the right or bottom edges is fine. This issue still persists as of version 5.0.12. Please increase its priority as it is really annoying.

Issue persists in 4.2.16. When guest additions are installed and guest OS (Windows 7, in this case) is resizing its desktop.
