"we're screwed" error message is not professional

Description
I have seen the error message "Internal error - we're screwed" pop up in a VirtualBox dialog. The wording of this error message is inappropriate for the business sectors we support and it would be very unfortunate if this message were ever displayed to the customer.
Could this error message be re-worded, please?
Perhaps something like "Internal error - unable to recover."
I logged this under GUI, because it gets displayed in a GUI dialog, but obviously the error occurs much deeper than the GUI.

Of course we can change this error message. However, this error should never happen (therefore the sloppy error message). So we would like to fix the occurrence of this error but we need more information how to reproduce it.

This occurred at a customer site, so obviously the error can happen. I believe the error was triggered by an inconsistent VM .vbox file. It may have been a difference between the UUID of the vdi as specified in the .vbox file compared with the UUID for the .vdi file itself.

The error message text was improved. However, the real cause of this problem is unknown so if you can provide detailed information how to reproduce this error reopen this ticket and add a proper comment.
