Restore State Causes Guest To Crash

Description
When restoring state in any Windows XP Guest, The Guest OS Crashes
step 1. Save the State in any Windows XP Guest
step 2. Restore the VM state later
step 3. wait a few minutes or open a program in the guest
Effect. The Guest OS Crashes and the Guest OS restarts, upon login, a message box appears "Windows Has Recovered from a Serious Error"
this issue occurred in 4.1.8 and is still present in 4.1.10

Cannot reproduce this. Do you have any special application running in the Windows XP guest? Did you every try an older VirtualBox release (older than 4.1.8)?
The only fact worth to mention from your log is that your CPU does not support VT-x but that's working well since ages ...

no, nothing running in the guest!!! and it does this on all three computers!!! (2 Win 7 hosts 1 XP Host, all VMs that do this are XP guests (about 8 of them all together)!!! no other guest does this!!!
