Replying to Hachiman:
Which application on the guest is provoking crash for you?
any application (ex client VRDP,FTP Client) and also my perso application TCP that i develop myself.
N'importe quelle application.
This is a client/server TCP application that I develop myself.
Il s'agit une application TCP client/server que j'ai developper moi même
I hope that the log files will help the bug solver.
Normally no client / server application can do crash virtualbox.
normalement aucune application client / server est censer de faire crasher VirtualBox
I apologize for my language, I can speak little English

Which ftp client do you use? Has it got command tracing option?
When you are talking about VRDP what do you mean VRDP is client on your guest?
I added : my host machine : Ubuntu 10.04 (Motherboard MSI P35/G35 NEO) my guest machine : Windows XP. Graphics card : NVIDIA
I think than this bug exist since VirtualBox 4.1.10.
