Virtual disk SATA
Reported by: | jujustrit | Owned by: | |

Component: | virtual disk | Version: | VirtualBox 4.1.10 |

Description (last modified by )
(Translation, original follows.)
When the virtual machine is running (Fedora 64 bits):
- If I connect a virtual SATA (.vdi) disk to a port, Linux recognises it and it is visible ("/dev/sdb").
- If I disconnect it it disappears (as expected).
- If I repeat this action (connection/disconnection) on another port with the same disk it works.
- But if I connect another (or the same) SATA disk to the same (empty) port Linux fails to recognise it!
I am reporting this problem as I have finally found a workaround (?).
(End of translation.)
Bonjour.

Which version of Fedora is this? And a VBox.log would be helpful too.
