usb device cannot inside linux host when two virtual machine is runned

Description
linux host: virtualbox 4.1.14 + Ext pack - ubuntu 12.04 LTS 32 bit two virtual windows xp on host When insert usb device in linux host, device automatically insert in first virtual machine.
When manually disconnect device from first virtual machine, device automatically connect in second virtual machine.
When manually disconnect device from second virtual machine, device automatically connect in first virtual machine (but it is wrong!, device will be - five seconds old - manually disconnected from it!)
Cannot connect device in host, until shutdown one of two virtual machine.

You need to provide more VM configuration details - especially if you set up any USB filters for those VMs. The behavior matches the expectation if both VMs have a filter matching your device.
