my hp dm4 wont install snow leopard on virtual box

Description
when trying to install mac snow leopard on my HP dm4 (window 7) i get the following message.......
VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration has been enabled, but is not operational. Certain guests (e.g. OS/2 and QNX) require this feature.
Please ensure that you have enabled VT-x/AMD-V properly in the BIOS of your host computer.
.my VT-x/AMD-V is anabled on my virtual box.......please i need help
