Description
The windows 2012 server doesn't have a connection to the Network Adapter. So he can't connect to the internet.

You need to alter the nic settings when creating the VBox settings, do not just use out of the box settings. The above article helped me and there does not appear to be any bug with what I am testing. My version is 4.1.12
