Description
VBox reported a critical error.
The guest, Ubuntu 12.04 (64 bit) running Alfresco Community Edition 4.0d, was being shutdown using /sbin/shutdown -h now.

Do you run any other virtualization application in parallel? Do you have the Windows XP compatibility mode active somewhere?
