Description
O/s Windows XP with service pack 2
While trying to install the above Android, i am not able to format the system under ext3, it is allowed only ntfs. while installation some error was fired.
Pls do the needful

Your system has 502 MB RAM total, and 233 MB free. In this context you're trying to start a VM which uses 512 MB. This won't work (runs out of memory), and while running out of memory could be handled more gracefully, the message "Unable to allocate and lock memory. The virtual machine will be paused. Please close applications to free up memory or close the VM" is pretty much all which can be said in this situation.
Using virtualization of a (judging by the RAM requirement) non-trivial VM on a system with only 512MB is... bold.
