Won't load up OS X Lion on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

Description
I set up everything in VBOX to run OS X, assuming everything is correct. I start it up, boot off of macintosh, not hackmod. It loads everything until it gets to Darwwin x86, then crashes.
