Description
I installed Fedora Security to a USB stick, and confirmed that the USB stick boots fine to the laptop.
Then I set up a vm pointing to the USB device at /dev/sdb, as per instructions here: http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch09.html#rawdisk ... and it will not boot. Gets through GRUB fine, but when it tries to access the disk it says, "wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock. UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY" and insists I run fsck. Rebooted and confirmed the stick boots fine, so I am not running fsck. Problem appears to be with vbox raw.
Host is Debian Testing.
