(15" Retina) Can't change guest screen to maximum resolution -> misconfiguration.

Description
After installing 4.1.18 on fresh rMBP 15" I can't take advantage of entire screen in full screen mode. Host is running 10.7.4. Guest is Win7 x32. I opted for higher resolution in Host Display Settings in System Preferences (attached file Display) and also adding Screenshot of how it looks like running in fullscreen mode (attached file FullScreen). I am also attaching clean log file.
