Using cmd+<key> in Mac OS X host executes the command but also the <key> to the guest

Description
With the latest hotfix 4.2.1 when I do cmd+e (to start Explorer in a Windows XP guest) it starts Explorer but also inputs the character 'e' in the current focused application (ex: Notepad).
This also is true for any other cmd+<key> combination.

I still having problems with the latest 4.2.2 release.
Strangely I'm having this problem only in Windows XP guest. I tested with Ubuntu Linux and Windows 8 and this doesn't happens.
I found another issue and this is true on every guest. When we do cmd+Q it popups the how I want to quit (save, shutdown, power off). If I hit cancel the guest 'thinks' the cmd/win key is still down!
