Description
Ubuntu Quantal 32-bit console only running on Win7 64-bit host.
VM sat idle for about 3 hours, then failed with Guru Meditation status.

Looks to me like either your BIOS is broken (did not properly initialize the CPU during resume) or some other application is using the VMX root mode in parallel. The former is more likely so a BIOS upgrade could help.
