Issue with VBoxVRDP.DLL

Description
I'm using VirtualBox 4.1.22. Host system is Windows 7 Pro 64bit and Guest OS is Ubuntu 64 bit.
Every few days my VM crashes for no apparent reason. I'll step away from my computer and when I come back the VM has crashed. My hard drive is set to never sleep. I've posted to the forum and they weren't able to help so I'm putting in this ticket. I'm attaching my most current vbox.log and windows event log.
Any help would be appreciated.

To do a work around for this issue, I now have to always minimize my virtual machine before stepping way from my computer.

In the forum post you wrote: "I have minimize my virtual box before locking my screen". Does this mean that the crash only happens when the host screensaver/lock screen is active?
