Description
hello,
I use debian-like distro "siduction". When executing "apt-get update" several times consecutively, siduction within a vm might crash. At the moment it works again, but it has been reproducible by several persons.
Please have a look at this thread: http://siduction.org/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=2813&sid=737ecb532d0db6c908aaa45f4d2c40c1
( German thread of siduction forum within http://siduction.org/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewforum&f=6 )
This phenomenon took place only with a certain mirror, so we think it has to do with the mirror somehow. But nevertheless a vm definitely should not crash, even if a mirror behaves "strange". Therefore this bug report.
Could you be more specific about which application crashes? Does the whole VM crash or does only the guest application crash? Also, a VBox.log file of your VM session might also show some VM configuration problems so please attach such a log file.
