Random crashing when running Win7 Guest on Ubuntu x64 host

Description
Not sure exactly what's going on here, but second time it's happened to me in the past two days. Box boots fine, and runs fine and then "randomly" it crashes. The main virtualbox launcher screen shows VM as aborted.
I will attach the log here. The log is from the latest crash where host was only up for ~20min. i'm guessing this is tied to graphics issues but that's nothing more than a guess
sorry i don't have more details but wanted to get this in to be looked at
