Unable to connect to Interet through Windows-7 Pro Virtual Machine

Description
I have Installed Oracle Virtual Box 4.2.4 on Windows Homebasic 64 bit Laptop. Created an Windows 7 Pro Virtual Machine with 2gb mem and 20gb hdd. Could not access the Internet from the Virtual Machine. Tried all the Types of Network Cards. Spent 4 days and no result even after wasting 96 hours. Does the Oracle Virtual Box really probagates the Internet Traffic to the Virtual Machine. (This has impact on Activating the Licences) At the Same time the VMWARE Worksstation works fine without any issue and the job get completed in 2 hours.
