Ubuntu12.04.1 guest freezes during remote access (with extension pack and RDP)

Description
On Ubuntu13.04 64bit Raring(developer version quantal packages from your site are installed) VirtualBox 4.2.4 iwth 4.2.4 extension pack has virtualised a Ubuntu 12.04.1 64bit guest.
A RDP connection to the guest was established on standard port with zero autenthification from a client computer(also a Ubuntu13.04 system utilizing krdc).
The Ubuntu12.04.1 guest freezes.
The log shows:
