Description

While installing Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit Guest OS on a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit HOst, a Critical Error occurs when the guest install is about 10% complete.

If you have Windows XP Mode installed, uninstall it and try again.

Looks to me like some other virtualization application on the host set the CPU into root mode. Do you run any virtualization application in parallel or do you use the Windows XP compatibility environment?
