virtual maschines stops due to a critical error after a short time

Description
Since a while my VM stops after I used it for a few minutes due to a critical error. The log-file is attached. I tried to change some settings but the problems is still existing and I can't use the VM anymore.

This is a Windows XP guest, right? Did this Guru Meditations start after you upgraded to VirtualBox 4.2.6? Which VirtualBox version did you use before?
