stuck key in the guest

Description
Host: Windows 7 SP1 x64 Guests: Windows 7 SP1 x86, Windows 8 x86, Centos 6.3 x64 (console mode)
I can easily reproduce the issue. If the guest OS has a GUI, open a text editor, keeping it in focus, to better observe the stuck key. I use the Right Shift key as host key, but I've reproduced it using the Left CTRL key as host key.
To reproduce the problem, while the VM window is in focus, press a random key (example: the ; key, it's best to choose a key that doesn't have a hotkey/shortcut functionality in the host and guest OS) followed by the host key, in a fast succession. Only one such key succession is necessary. If you've done it right, the guest OS will have that random key stuck, repeating it in the text editor. Having Guest Additions installed or not doesn't seem to make a difference.
