[feature-request] Usability: Please introduce security levels

Description
VirtualBox should have 2 security levels: Home and Enterprise.
Enterprise defaults = symlinks restricted, Guest OS Shared Folders for only one user (like now on Linux guests, for "root"), 3D acceleration disabled, shared clipboard disabled, file drag-n-drop disabled.
Home defaults = symlinks unrestricted, Guest OS Shared Folders should be enabled for all users (no need to add your user to "vboxsf" group anymore on Linux guests, my father particularly struggles on this section, this is very much anti-intuitive for new Linux users coming from Windows), 3D acceleration enabled, shared clipboard enabled, file drag-n-drop enabled.

I disagree. Also for home, there must be a certain level of pre-defined security. Furthermore, there is an Oracle policy to choose sensible default settings for security-related features and we have to follow this policy.
Obviously, this setting should change defaults for new VMs only.
