GUI: automatic screenshots

Description
I'm still taking screenshots with vboxmanage.
Because when i press Host+E for screenshot, it show me file dialog box. I just want to take screenshot without any interaction. File names could be 1.png, 2.png, 3.png etc.. or timestamp.png
Maybe there will be a option for choice. Manual or Automatic screenshots.

Use the video recoding function of VBox 4.3.x. Set FPS to a low value (=1).
