Windows XP Guest Blue Screen After Upgrading to Mac OS X Beta 3

Description
After upgrading to MacOS X beta 3 in Tiger my Windows XP guest virtual machine gives a blue screen. I tried to enter in Safe Mode, but got blue screen again. Blue screen does not stay up long enough to see error message.

I figured out the problem! I played around with some of the "Advanced" settings, and as soon as I changed the IDE Controller Type from PIIX4 to PIIX3, my old WindowsXP image booted without complaint.
Unfortunately, it can't get onto the network... but one problem at a time!.

That's indeed fatal for Windows. It doesn't like any changes to the IDE controller. I assume the original reporter has the same problem. If not, please reopen.
I have the same problem. I had an XP guest that worked great in OS X Beta 2, but since upgrading to Beta 3, it won't boot. It gets just as far as putting up the Microsoft logo, then quickly blue-screens and reboots. It won't boot into safe-mode or anything like that. BUT, I can set up a new XP machine and install XP from scratch, and it all works just fine in that case. I'm attaching the log, if that helps.
