Ubuntu vbox in Win8 host hangs on startup

Description
Hi,
The problem is that my VBox instance of Ubuntu hangs when I try to run it. If I reboot the host then it again works OK. Always gets stuck around same spot. I think it has something to do with USB.
Please see the log attached (this started happening when I upgraded to Windows 8 and happens on both old VBox guest and newly installed one)
