VBox keep stopped working with Virtual Box - Guru Meditation messages

Description
I have installed VirtualBox VM 4.2.10 r84104 win.amd64. There are two OEL Linux guests with Oracle RAC installed on them having shared disks configured. Bost guests started with all the RAC components, however, all of a sudden VBOX stopped working with the Virtual Box - Guru Meditation messages.
I am uploading the related Logs from both Guests. I tried the same with the latest VBox version too and having similar VBOX problem.
Much appreciated your help for this.

Sorry for the late response. Please do the following to fix your problem. Either do VBoxManage setextradata VMNAME "VBoxInternal/MM/cbHyperHeap" "4194304" or make sure that VT-x is enabled in your BIOS settings. Because VT-x is currently disabled in your BIOS and VBox runs your guests in software virtualization mode.
