Windows 8 Host - error during extension upgrade if directory has national chars

Description
Installation of extension fails when you try to install that from a folder with special/national chars. Following error occurs:
Failed to install the Extension Pack C:/Users/Jędrzej/.VirtualBox/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.2.16.vbox-extpack.
The installer failed with exit code 1: VBoxExtPackHelperApp.exe: error: Failed to open the extension pack tarball: VERR_PATH_NOT_FOUND ('C:/Users/Jędrzej/.VirtualBox/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.2.16.vbox-extpack')
rcExit=1.

It works perfectly fine when you upgrade/install extension from a folder without special/national chars.

Works if opening virtualbox as administrator and importing the file directly from within the interface.

Same problem here. I run virtualbox as administrator as suggested, it resolved the french accent issue but it will not install with same error ! ( all previous release could be installed without any error)

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
I can comfirm this bug as I'm having the same issue. Windows 7 64 bit host, NTFS filesystem.
