Guest Additions fails Windows Logo Testing

Description
While installing VBox Guest Additions on Windows Server 2003, we get the following warning message:
The software you are installing for this hardware: Mice and other pointing devices has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with this version of Windows.
Installing this for a customer. He needs assurances from Oracle or VirtualBox that this error can be ignored and will not affect his production servers.

Yes, you can ignore this error. The Windows logo testing is time consuming and the effort is not worth it if you keep in mind that we do a new release every 6-8 weeks.
