Usb device is not shown => disable MS Virtual PC / Hyper-V

Description
I've attached my phone to Windows 7 x 64 host, and it's shown there (see attached screenshot). However, VirtualBox do not recognize it as usb device:
C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox>VBoxManage.exe list usbhost Host USB Devices: <none>
And USB devices menu is empty (see screenshot). I've tried ejected the devices from host, but it didn't help.

It seems that this problem appears when you have got Microsoft Virtual PC installed - after disabling "Usb Virtualization Connection driver" I can see the list of usb devices in VirtualBox - see https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=56960 for more info
