Hello,
when I configure in vbox a linux guest to have multiple monitors, is it possible to have independent screens in the guest (DISPLAY=:0.0 for the first window/monitor, DISPLAY=:0.1 for the second window/monitor and so on)? If yes, can you give a example xorg.conf for the linux guest?

For asking such questions please use the forums. This is not a bug in VirtualBox. The emulation works very similar to a physical machine where you would attach two displays.
