Description
Hi,
I have just upgraded to VirtualBox 4.3.0 on my Windows 7 Professional x64. I run both Linux (ubuntu x32) and Windows 7 (x32) as guest VMs on my desktop. I run a dual monitor setup and usually keep my VMs on the secondary monitor only while my desktop is accessible on the primary monitor. (both monitors have a slightly different resolution one is 16:10 and the other 16:9)
However, since the upgrade, moving a VM window to my secondary trying to maximize it, it starts maximizing on the secondary monitor and then suddenly jumps back to the primary monitor. It's impossible to "maximize" the VM window on the secondary monitor. The VM's window always hops back to the primary monitor. (I have several VMs running at the same time and I prefer to keep them all maximized to the secondary monitor)
This was happening with both Linux and Windows guests, so there's little chance it's guest related. I'd appreciate it if you can find the cause for this.
Thanks!
Sefer.

Same here (very similar). Windows 7 host, recent version 4.3.0 Guests XP, windows7, Virtualbox Guest addition updated.
When I move virtual machine to second monitor and try to maximize the window it first jumps to full-screen. But then normally it would change the guest's resolution. But now the windows resizes to the maximum width of second monitor and maxim height of primary monitor. The resolution of the host is now the same as the resolution of second monitor (scroolbars by the side).

If you toggle automatic resizing of the guest system to match host resolution (hostkey+G or item under "View" menu) you are able to mantain the same resolution on the other monitor (if they're the same as in my case). If you then ask VB to adapt the resolution to the host one (hostkey+A) it snaps back to the primary monitor.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
Same thing here. Running Win8 (host) and with multiple guests. Issue did not happen with VB 4.2.x, started happening as soon as I upgraded to 4.3.0
If you can't replicate the issue yourselves, I'm available for testing.
