VBox 1.5.6 on Debian testing doesn't send Ctrl-key to nexenta host

I have installed VBox 1.5.6 on a debian testing, with Spanish keyboard

I have an emulated OpenSolaris host with Nexenta 1.0 created with the nexenta-core-platform_1.0-b82_x86.iso ISO image
On it, I have configured Spanish keyboard and use Left-Win as host key.
When I press Ctrl-C, the nexenta host reacts as if I had pressed the C key and doesn't recognise the Ctrl key
