The error message says it: VERR_SUBLIB_WORLD_WRITABLE. I assume that the VBox.log file will show you the exact file name which has wrong permissions. The VirtualBox libraries are installed at some path on your system. I cannot tell where because I don't know which package you installed. A path contains several components, e.g. /usr/lib/virtualbox contains of /usr, lib is a subdirectory of /usr and virtualbox is a subdirectory of lib. All these components need proper permissions. For example, if /usr is writable by a normal user then this user is able to screw up your system.
Please go to the forums to ask for help if these explanations are not sufficient.
