Fresh install of OpenSuse 12.3 appcrash on Win 2008R2 x64 host

Description
After an upgrade of VB to 4.3.2 I noticed frequent appcrashes in a Opensuse 12.3 virtual machine. Tried installing from scratch but after installation the machine crash VB at startup everytime with the following message:
