Description
I am trying to install Ubuntu lts server on windows xp host . The installation goes into Guru meditation at random point of time.

Actually, the issue was not solved. The user found a way around the problem, but the original problem is not explained or resolved.

Thanks but actually this is still a bug in VirtualBox so I will leave this ticket open. But the priority for fixing bugs for VMs running with VT-x/AMD-V disabled is low.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
Mark as invalid. user enabled VT-x and solved the issue.
