3D video windows blank but AMAZINGLY can be seen in manager.

I'm seeing the same issue reported in #11820

Everyone using ESRI ArcMap can see this behavior; you can work around it by disabling 3D acceleration, but this slows down the application.

The other issue was closed because they didn't attach their VBox.log; mine is attached.
