Exporting a VM with only one of --product or --vendor silently fails

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a VM by any means
• Export the VM by any means to OVF/OVA, specifying one or the other (but not both) of Vendor Name or Product Name
• Observe that the resulting .ovf makes no mention of the provided name

Working:

• Create a VM by any means
• Export the VM by any means to OVF/OVA, specifying *both* Vendor Name *and* Product Name
• Observe that the resulting .ovf mentions both of the provided names
