Extension Pack upgrade process shouldn't have this many steps

Description
As of VirtualBox 4.3.10, upgrading an extension pack is currently a long process consisting of 7 steps requiring clicking or password entry. With GUI work, it would be great to make it smoother it by reducing it to 2 or 3 steps.
- OS asks password for elevation.
