URB_INTERRUPT in never received after disabling device in windows device manager

Description
- Virtual Box 4.3.10
- Ubuntu 13.10 x64 host
- Windows 8.1 VM.
- Guest additions are up to date.
- USB 2.0 has been enabled.
Problem: When disabling a MBIM a device in Windows device manager it sends a CLOSE_MSG and it expects a CLOSE_MSG_DONE answer. This answer when ready is notified to device host (Windows) using a "URB_INTERRUPT in" message but this one is never received by Windows virtual machine.
The same use case works perfectly with a real Windows 8.1 install
You can find attached usb captures from Linux and Windows. "URB_INTERRUPT in" is correctly saw by Linux but windows never received it.
