VERR_SVM_DISABLED incorrectly reported?

Description
Hi there! Even though my CPU supports AMD-V and it is enabled in my BIOS (I've triple-checked), when I select "Enable VT-x/AMD-V" VirtualBox reports a VERR_SVM_DISABLED error, claiming that it is not enabled.
I never had this problem on the same host machine before updating from 4.2.18 to 4.3.10. There are a number of people who may having the same issue (1 2 3 4 5) and notably they all reference 4.3.x and start around the time 4.3 came out.
I've attached my VBox.log file and am happy to be of assistance in any way I can!
